Also, the Read Me file included with your software contains additional info you may find helpful. Please read these documents over carefully before you contact Technical Support--you just may find the answer you're looking for.

Serial Numbers
If you purchased your copy online, you will receive your serial number in an email that confirms your purchase.
If you purchased a hard copy, your serial number will be stuck to the case behind the cd-rom.

Installation
Windows users will find an installer included for PopArt.
Mac users, can simply copy and paste the PopArt plug-in file into your Illustrator plug-ins folder.
Make sure that you select the version of PopArt that matches your version of Illustrator!

Working with Adobe Illustrator
In order to apply PopArt, you must have a fill color selected, stroke color is optional. But if you do have a stroke color selected, that will be the color of your extruded sides.
On complex objects, it may appear that Illustrator has locked up, this is not the case, PopArt may need to take some time to calculate each extrusion segment in a very complicated object.
