April 4, 2000 - Vertigo Announces Exclusive Licensing Agreement with Aztek Technologies Inc. Vertigo Software Corp. today announced the signing of a worldwide exclusive license agreement with Aztek Technologies Inc. of Kelowna, B.C. for Vertigo's full featured 3D application for the SGI, Vertigo 9.6. Vertigo will receive an initial $150,000 cash payment for the license, as well as $15,000 per month for one year. Aztek will also have an option, excersable at any time ove rthe next year, to acquire the software for $2,500,000 less amounts paid under the license agreement. The Aztek agreement is subject to the approval of the Vertigo board of directors and CDN.
