February 8, 2002 - Vertigo Announces Upgrade Plans for Illustrator Plug-in PopArt With development underway to update 2 of its popular 3D plug-ins for Illustrator, Vertigo announces plans to develop a significant upgrade to its simple but fun plug-in, PopArt. PopArt allows Illustrator users to 'pop' their 2D graphics by enabling them to extrude any selected outline while selecting the depth, x rotation, y rotation and one of up to 8 light sources. PopArt was originally released in 1997 and has enjoyed steady popularity ever since. But with thousands of users worldwide, the time has come to add to PopArt's bundle of tricks.
