Don Sheldon - President

Mr. Sheldon has considerable experience in financing and operating junior resource exploration ventures including financing of Pure Gold Minerals Inc. for diamond exploration in the Northwest Territories/Nunavut, Alberta and Quebec, and Castillian Resources Corp. for copper and nickel exploration in Labrador.

Mr. Sheldon is the President and director of D.S. Management Ltd., a company involved in the organization and management of a number of reporting and non-reporting companies, since 1980.

Eugene Beukman - Vice President

After working in the mining industry for 12 years in South Africa, Mr. Beukman relocated to Vancouver in 1993. With a background in mining law, Mr. Beukman brings extensive knowledge of legal and financial areas of corporate development. In addition to Vertigo, Mr. Beukman serves on the board of Directors of several other public companies.

Nick Ringma - Director

Nick Ringma is a new addition to the Vertigo Board. Mr. Ringma has corporate management, finance and marketing experience and is a B.A. (Economics) graduate of Simon Fraser University.

Mr. Ringma is a principal of DACCEL (Digital Compression Technology) incorporated in June, 1997. DACCEL and Vertigo are in the process of completing the merger of the two companies.
